Thank you for being a customer of Winners Circle Fashion Company, LLC (WCFC) d/b/a VictoryBox! If you are not satisfied with your purchase from WCFC, then we are here to help. Please read the Return & Refund Policy below.
For those customers purchasing individual items or groups of individual items (not subscription boxes), return requests must be made within five (5) calendar days from receipt of the products. To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. Your item(s) must be in its/their original packaging. In addition, returns must include a copy of the receipt of sale or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.
WCFC cannot accept returns for VictoryBox subscription customers. We encourage you to contact us directly if you have a concern with our VictoryBox products.
Once WCFC receives your products, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned products. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund, if any, after inspecting the products. If your return is approved, then WCFC will initiate a refund to your credit card (or your original form of payment). Refunds are usually processed by our payment processor – Stripe Payments – within 10 – 14 days. This timeframe may also be impacted by the policies surrounding returned payments for your payment provider. WCFC does not provide refunds for shipping fees.
As noted above, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
